Where are you located?

I am an on location photographer and while based out of Morristown, TN, I would be more than happy to meet at almost any location within an hour drive. Including, Knoxville, Kingsport and Bristol.
Is there a deposit?

Yes, a $100 depsoit must be paid up front to reserve your time and date. The deposit will go towards your package price. You will pay the remainder on the day of the shoot.
What if I have to re-schedule?
If the session needs to be cancelled due to illness, weather (or any other reason), your deposit will go towards your next session. If the session is not re-booked within 60 days the deposit will be forfeited.

How will I receive proofs?

All proofs will be set up as an online gallery at alexisdeanphotography.com within 2-3 weeks of photo shoot. Proofs will remain up for four weeks unless other arrangements have been made.

What if I need special re-touching?
​
Special Requests including, but not limited to, composite images, cosmetic touch ups, stray hair removal, braces removal, etc. will start at $5/image.

Is there a travel fee?
​
There will not be a fee if the location is within 60 miles of 37814 zip code. If farther than 60 miles there will be an additional charge.

What is a personal usage license?
​
This license gives permission to the client to reproduce photos for personal usage. Alexis Dean Photography will retain all COPYRIGHTS on images taken during our session.
